I recorded the show, Friday. I know YouTube.com is an option for uploading the video... is there anywhere else that anyone recommends/prefers?

video.google.com is a very good place to host, but it takes a while (a few days) for your video to get approved and showed

make it a torrent, and then you don't have to suffer the bandwidth. bittorrent.com if you aren't familiar with the file transfer method that accounts for two thirds of the internet's traffic.
